We will have a guest speaker, Mark Kogan, a partner with Haggerty, Goldberg, Schlieffer, & Kupersmith. Mark specializes in Social Security Disability cases and was asked by Timothy Yuncker, another attorney with HGSK, to give a presentation. You may recall Tim's wife, Deena, who suffers from PLS, gave a presentation at the October 3rd meeting. Mark will cover a variety of topics, such as who can qualify for SS Disability, what is needed to qualify, how the process works, etc. He will also be available to answer questions.
